Regarding the Global Business Overseas Development Support Fund
Creative Lab Fukuoka will begin accepting applications for the “Creative Business Overseas Development Support Grant” on May 1st (Wednesday). This will support a portion of the expenses for the overseas expansion of creative businesses in the city, in order to promote overseas business development, so please take advantage of this opportunity!
Application period
May 1st, 2024 (Wednesday) – March 24th, 2025 (Monday) 5 P.M.
(Support period: April 1st, 2024 (Monday) – March 31st, 2025 (Monday))
*Applications will be closed when the budgeted amount is reached.
Support details
Support rate: Half of eligible expenses
Support limit: A maximum of 600,000 yen
Support menu
You may choose one of the following options. (Multiple selection is not permitted)
1. Support for overseas development of content
2. Support for overseas exhibitions
3. Support for overseas market research
Who is eligible
Creative businesses with their headquarters in the city
Businesses commissioned to create content for overseas markets on behalf of creative businesses with headquarters in the city
Businesses engaged in sales and sales channel development
Examples of expenses eligible for support
-Legal fees and other expenses for the joint production of visual content with an overseas business
(Consultation fees, contract drafting and advice fees, trademark and design application procedures, etc.)
-Exhibition fees for an overseas fashion exhibition
(Booth space fees, decoration fees, transportation fees for exhibits, lease fees, travel expenses, etc.)
-Expenses related to on-site surveys for overseas expansion
(Travel expenses, interpreter/translator fees, rent, commission, etc.)
