Acceptance of applications for the Legal Support Fund for Fukuoka City Video Producers’ Overseas Business Development has begun!!

At Creative Lab Fukuoka, to promote the overseas expansion of video content for the purpose of video-related companies in the city to develop their business, we are newly establishing the Legal Support Fund for Fukuoka City Video Producers’ Overseas Business Development, which supports part of the expenses involved in consulting and engaging lawyers and patent attorneys. We will start accepting applications from May 15th (Mon), so please make use of this opportunity!

[Application period] *The period has been extended.
May 15th (Mon) 2023 to March 15th (Fri) 2024, 5:00 p.m.
Applications are accepted at anytime. However, acceptance will stop once the budget limit is reached.

[Support includes]
Expenses eligible for support: lawyer/patent attorney expenses related to the overseas development of video content
Support rate: 1/2 of the expenses eligible for support
Support limit: up to 600,000 yen
*The limit varies depending on the content of the application.

Video-related companies with headquarters in the city
Businesses in the city that engage in consignment sales and market development of video content on consignment from video-related businesses with headquarters in the city

[Examples of expenses eligible for support]
– Lawyer and patent attorney expenses for overseas development of video content produced in-house
– Expenses involving lawyers, etc. when developing video content overseas on consignment from a video-related company in the city
– Expenses involving lawyers, etc., when producing video content together with a foreign company
(Consultation fees, contract creation/advice fees, trademark/design application procedures, etc.)
